Shipping

Chain House Brewing Company is run single handedly by myself, on top of a full time job. I will try my very best to get orders sent out as quickly as possible, but cannot guarantee any specific times. We cannot be held responsible for any delays outside of our control, or if the product is lost due to the supply of an incorrect address . Please ensure all of your information is correct before submitting your purchase.

Orders

We aim to ensure that all items listed on this website are available and in stock. However, if we are unable to fulfil the whole of your order we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a substitution or refund. All substitutions will be of similar value.

Returns

If goods are to be returned to us, they must be returned in their original packaging, unused, within 14 days of purchase. You will be refunded for the goods once we have received the items, minus applicable shipping costs, unless the return concerns faulty or damaged goods.
