When placing an order from this website, you are accepting our terms and conditions that are detailed below. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any point without notice.

Shipping

Chain House Brewing Company is run single handedly by myself, on top of a full time job. I will try my very best to get orders sent out as quickly as possible, but cannot guarantee any specific times. We cannot be held responsible for any delays outside of our control, or if the product is lost due to the supply of an incorrect address . Please ensure all of your information is correct before submitting your purchase.

Orders

We aim to ensure that all items listed on this website are available and in stock. However, if we are unable to fulfil the whole of your order we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a substitution or refund. All substitutions will be of similar value.

Returns

If goods are to be returned to us, they must be returned in their original packaging, unused, within 14 days of purchase. You will be refunded for the goods once we have received the items, minus applicable shipping costs, unless the return concerns faulty or damaged goods. Chain House Taproom House Mates Membership Terms and Conditions

1. Membership Overview

1.1. The House Mates Membership ("Membership") was made available through a crowdfunding pledge to support Chain House Taproom.

1.2. By activating your Membership, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1.3. The Membership offers exclusive benefits, including one complimentary pour of select Chain House beers per visit.

 

2. Eligibility

2.1. Membership is available to individuals aged 18 or older.

2.2. Proof of age may be required when redeeming membership benefits.

 

3. Membership Benefits

3.1. Members are entitled to one free pour of Chain House beer per visit, subject to the following conditions:

• The free pour applies only to beers brewed exclusively by Chain House and does not include collaborations brewed elsewhere.

• The measure of the pour is limited to the measure stated on the menu (e.g., if listed as ½ pint, the free pour cannot exceed ½ pint).

• Cask beers and small-batch keg beers are excluded from this benefit.

3.2. Additional benefits, such as discounts, early access to new releases, and exclusive invitations to events, may be offered at Chain House Taproom's discretion.

4. Membership Fees

4.1. Membership through crowdfunding was obtained as a one-time pledge, with no recurring fees required.

4.2. Membership benefits are tied to the initial crowdfunding campaign and may not be transferable to future membership programs unless otherwise stated.

 

5. Redeeming Benefits

5.1. To redeem the free pour benefit, members must present their proof of membership (physical card, digital pass, or other verification provided upon activation).

5.2. Membership benefits are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the individual associated with the crowdfunding pledge.

 

6. Member Responsibilities

6.1. Members must ensure their contact information is up to date to receive notifications and updates about membership benefits.

6.2. Members must adhere to all Chain House Taproom rules and policies while on the premises.

 

7. Limitations and Exclusions

7.1. The free pour benefit is valid for one use per visit and cannot be carried over if unused.

7.2. Chain House Taproom reserves the right to exclude specific beers, events, or promotions from membership benefits.

 

8. Termination and Cancellation

8.1. Chain House Taproom reserves the right to revoke memberships for violations of these Terms and Conditions, misuse, or inappropriate behavior.

8.2. Members may voluntarily forfeit their membership, but no refunds or substitutions will be provided, as memberships were obtained through crowdfunding.

 

9. Privacy

9.1. Member data collected during the crowdfunding campaign and membership activation will be handled in accordance with Chain House Taproom's privacy policy.

9.2. By joining, members consent to receiving promotional and membership-related communications.

 

10. Amendments

10.1. Chain House Taproom reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Members will be notified of significant changes via the contact information provided during the crowdfunding campaign.
